The Washtenaw Land Trust protects land for its natural, scenic, recreational, historic and agricultural values. It represents over 40 years of experience in land protection. The Washtenaw Land Conservancy, founded in 1971, was the first land trust established in Michigan. The Potawatomi Land Trust was founded in 1989.
